Pet's Accepted
As dog owners ourselves we know the advantages of being able to take your four legged friends on holiday with you. We love animals and happily accept up to two dogs at a weekly rate of £25.00 per dog in the cottage and ask owners to keep their dogs under control at all times. Like many cottage owners we request that dogs are not left unattended in the cottage at anytime during your stay unless your pet/s is placed in a dog cage.

There are some lovely walks for dogs in the area and providing dogs are kept on a lead many of the beaches close by are dog friendly too. Please mention at the time of booking if you wish to bring your pet/s with you.

No smoking in Dairy Cottage please

We regret we are not able to accept bookings from anyone who's under 18 years of age

Once you have decided that you would like to stay at Dairy Cottage please telephone or email us to arrange your stay. In order to secure your booking a deposit of £200.00 is required ,as we do not accept credit cards either send a cheque or make an online BACS transfer to the owners bank account .If you wish to pay by cheque please make it payable to Amanda Fearon and send it to Ballaminers House, Little Petherick, Nr Padstow, Cornwall PL27 7QT (NOT DAIRY COTTAGE). Upon receipt of your deposit you will receive written confirmation of your booking by email or post. The outstanding balance of payment should be received by us no later than six weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

With respect we are not able to extend the date of the final payment. Approximately one week before final payment is due a polite reminder is sent by us via email (we are not responsible should the email fail to be received for any reason), failure to make payment by the due date will be treated as a cancellation and result in the booking being offered to another party. Only in the event of being able to re- let the cottage and on confirmation of another party's booking will your deposit be returned less an administration fee of £25.00. We would advise that to avoid any disappointment a note of the pay by date is made in your diary (6 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday) at the time of booking.

NB
Guests are reminded that once a deposit is paid they are liable, in the event of a cancellation to pay the total cost of the rental. It is strongly advised that guests take out insurance cover.

Self Catering guests are requested to arrive After 3.00PM on the day of arrival and to vacate the cottage By 10.30AM on the morning of departure.

Bed and Breakfast guests are requested to arrive After 3.00PM on the day of arrival and to vacate the cottage By 11.00AM on the morning of departure.

Accidents do happen and we would ask guests to inform us before they depart of any damage, loss, or breakages, which will have to be paid for.
