What's Included In Your Tariff
All linen towels and tea towels, bath and shower mats ( excluding beach towels and travel cot bedding) electricity gas and heating.
WiFi access and iPod dock.
Starter basket of logs, matches and kindling wood for the open fire.
A supply of dishwasher and washing machine tablets and fabric conditioner, washing up liquid, sponge, pot brush and scourer , soap and shower gel, loo and kitchen rolls.
Portable kettle style barbecue.
A selection of children's and grown ups dvds and magazines and books are available for you to enjoy.
During the weeks of July and August a mid week cleaning service is included in your tariff on a Wednesday morning.
We also provide a complimentary grocery bag and a homemade cake for you to enjoy with a well deserved cup of tea when you arrive at the cottage.
We can supply a Mamas and Papas travel cot, a highchair and changing mat. Parents are requested to bring their own cot bedding.

Dairy Cottage is also available to stay in on a bed and breakfast basis - Rates £85.00 per person per night. A non cooked Breakfast using local Cornish produce is served all year. Well behaved pets are permitted to stay at a weekly rate of £25.00 per dog.

Seasonal tied bunches of flowers, champagne, basket of speciality fruit, gift wrapped hand made Cornish chocolates, and hand made in Cornwall celebration cakes are all available. For further information and prices please let us know your requirements at the time of booking to enable us to place your order in advance.
SELF CATERING AND BED & BREAKFAST ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Self Catering guests are requested to arrive after 3.00PM on the day of arrival and to vacate the cottage by 10.30AM on the morning of departure.
Bed and Breakfast guests are requested to arrive after 3.00PM on the day of arrival and to vacate the cottage by 11.00AM on the morning of departure.
Smoking is not permitted in the cottage
